Who is responsible
Good and Going Ltd (company number SC896298), trading as Mike Rushby Photography, is responsible for your personal information. Its registered office is 34 Hilltop Road, Cults, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB15 9RL. Contact mike@mikerushbyphotography.com with any privacy question or request.
What I collect
When you enquire, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, service, event date, location and message. Netlify may also process technical and submission data needed for security, spam prevention and delivery.
How it is used
We use your information to reply, prepare a quote, arrange and deliver a booking, keep necessary business records and protect the site. We do not sell your information or use an enquiry for marketing.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry and booking information because it is necessary to take steps you request before a contract and to perform any resulting contract. Legal obligations apply to some financial records. Site security and proportionate business administration rely on legitimate interests.
Sharing and transfers
Netlify provides hosting and form processing, and our email provider delivers correspondence. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, an applicable transfer safeguard is used.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally deleted 12 months after the last contact. Booking, transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to six years, or longer where law or a dispute requires it. Spam is removed as soon as practical.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your information, or object to some uses. Email mike@mikerushbyphotography.com. UK complaints may also be made to the Information Commissioner's Office; EU residents may contact their local supervisory authority.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies or embedded social-media tracking. Essential hosting and security technology may operate when you use the site. This notice will be updated if that changes.
